Refund Policy
aDriving reserve the right to change refund policy from time to time. Any changes to refund policy will take effect immediately and shall be notified to customers.
Driving Tuition: Driving lessons are only available to customers who meet the following criteria:
Aged 17 or over, or aged 16 or over and in receipt of or have applied for the enhanced rate of the mobility component of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or in receipt of the higher rate of Disability Living Allowance (mobility component) and hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and legally entitled to drive in the UK.
Driving Lesson Bookings: Driving lessons can be booked online at adriving.co.uk , over the phone, through email or in person directly with your driving instructor.
Payments: Payment must be made in advance before the start of driving lesson. Block booking discount is only available when you make payment for ten hours in advance. To book an intensive driving course, a 25% deposit of the course fee is required in advance. Balance must be paid before you start your intensive or crash driving course. Deposit is non refundable if you cancel the intensive course once it’s booked with your driving instructor.
Any payment you made for driving lessons, block booking or intensive course direct to your driving instructor by cash, cheque or bank transfer is solely between you and your driving instructor. Please note if you would like refund for any reason(s), you need to approach your driving instructor.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a driving lesson, a minimum of 48 hours prior notice must be given. If you do not give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, you will be charged for the driving lesson(s). Prepaid lessons will be honored for 12 months thereafter.
Gift Vouchers: Gift voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is not transferable once it’s redeemed.
Use of Car: Driving instructor will teach you in a car fitted with dual control and appropriate insurance for driving tuition purposes. Your driving instructor has the right to cancel / stop any driving lesson if he suspect you are not fit for driving. For example if you are driving under the influence of drug or alcohol.
Driving instructor is also entitled to withdraw his car for the use of driving test if your driving instructor feels you are not safe on the roads or not ready for practical driving test.
